Special DG Police (Retd.)
Late Shri H. S. Balwaria, the CMD, was a member of the Indian Police Service (1976 batch) and retired as Special Director General of Police, U.P. A highly organised, take-charge professional, he had more than 35 years of experience in law enforcement and security, and in the recruitment, training and deployment of security personnel.
Besides handling intricate crimes and law-and-order situations, he trained police personnel for close to a decade, leading teams by example. He had specialised knowledge of counter-terrorism, insurgency, disaster management and crisis response.
As Additional Director General of Police (Security), he oversaw the protection of state VIPs and vital installations such as the Taj Mahal, Ram Janmabhoomi/Babri Masjid, Vishwanath Temple and Krishna Janmabhoomi. He attended security workshops and seminars in India and in the United Kingdom, France and the United States.
His legacy of service, discipline and dedication continues to guide us.

Selection
Every candidate is graded on a 10-metric pre-selection test.
Criteria
- Guards: minimum 10th class, 0–2 years' experience, 5'6" and above, good health, able to read and write English
- Supervisors: graduate or ex-serviceman, 2–3 years' supervisory experience, communication in English, Hindi and the local language
Training
10 days of basic training for every recruit, plus client-specific training and monthly on-site sessions.
Supervision & audit
- Supervisors check each site at least twice per 8 or 12-hour shift
- Field officer / area manager on site daily
- Operation manager five times a week, branch manager weekly
- Surprise visit by operation head; monthly audit by senior management
- Day and night surprise checks, daily incident reporting

Patrol & access control
Thorough, punctual patrols of the perimeter, restricted areas and lights; strict ID checks for staff, visitors and contract workers; visitor passes and detailed gate registers.
Documentation & labour
Visitor, material, key, vendor and training registers maintained per site. We follow all Labour Department compliances, obtain labour licences as required and keep a labour consultant on our panel.
